How Does It Work
Services at your home (e.g. dog walking, pet feeding, house sitting)
We will visit your home to meet you and your pet(s) and to agree your exact requirements. From this we will be able to work out a quotation which we will send to you by e mail or a letter.

Services at our home (e.g. boarding, doggy day-care)
We invite you to visit us to see where your dog will be staying and for your dog to meet Patch to make sure they get on.  We can then discuss your exact requirements and provide a written quotation.

Keys
When not in use keys will be kept locked away, and will only be identified with a number rather than a name or address. They can be returned at the end of an assignment, or at the customer's wish held securely in case we are required to visit your pet at short notice.

Booking
We are happy to take provisional verbal or e mail bookings, but these must be followed by a cheque for 20% of the quotation value within one week or the booking will lapse. 

Cancellations
A full refund of the booking fee will be made for cancellations made over a month before the booking start date.
50% of the booking fee will be refunded between 2 weeks and a month of the booking start date.
The deposit will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the booking start date. 
This reflects our ability to replace that booking within the given time frame.
What you can expect from us
We will follow your instructions to our best ability to ensure your pet has a happy and safe visit by or with us. However, we cannot be held responsible for any issues occurring outside our control.

We will tell you straight away if we have any concerns about your pet and will take your instructions and advice. If we are unable to contact you, or a person you have nominated, we will arrange a visit to the vet if it is considered to be in the best interest of your pet.

We will leave your home as we find it, and will take all reasonable care with your property.

We will accept bookings for unspayed bitches providing they are not in season at the time of the assignment.

We will accept bookings for entire males providing they are not aggressive towards other dogs and are otherwise generally manageable.

What we expect from you
You will advise us of any of your pet's medical or behavioural issues which may affect the service we provide to you. This includes illness, aggressive behaviour, incontinence, excessive barking, bitches due to come into season etc.

If your dog is being boarded or attending day-care at our home you will guarantee that they are up-to-date with vaccinations, and a de-fleaing and worming programme. A vaccination certificate will need to be seen on the first visit.

You will supply enough food for the entire booking, or will agree to reimburse us on production of a receipt if this is not the case.

If it is necessary to take your pet to the vet, our time and any vets fees will be refunded by you.

Regular customers will be invoiced weekly, for all other customers payment will be due upon completion of the assignment.
